Dealer says they’ve validated my account - call tech support and they say the dealer hasn’t done their part. meanwhile I can’t use it
There’s currently a worldwide outage for Audi Connect registrations due to issues with the application servers in Germany. Audi has acknowledged the issue and all dealers should be aware of it. There is no ETA for having it back online. Audi is telling dealers to wait several days on new registrations before they try to log in again. Both Audi tech support and your dealer should know this, it’s common knowledge @ Audi and has been an issue for at least a week.
So question becomes - will they provide compensation for not being able to connect?
